THAI MASSAGE

The term "massage" conjures up an image of something completely different than what a Thai massage actually entails. Ideally, it should last 1.5 hours. Thai massage is suitable for back and muscle pain, for regeneration and rehabilitation of the body, for managing stress, calms the nervous system, stimulates blood circulation and internal organs, relieves fatigue, swollen limbs, painful joints and headaches. Thai massage is performed on the floor - on massage mattresses and in loose exercise clothes.

a special concept of massage with elements of pleasant exercises and stretching, everything is done with you by a certified masseur duration of 90 minutes; we recommend a Thai massage only within this range, otherwise it is not as effective and the masseur would not have time to perform all the beneficial actions in a shorter period of time

without this the reservation is not valid.

For a Thai massage, we recommend choosing looser and especially comfortable clothes, similar to, for example, yoga.
